Kia's Fountain of Care is an outreach effort of Vision of Life Ministries - The Vision Speaks. Kia Relefourd had an amazing love for family, people and pets. Her cousins gather periodically to remember her. This area of her legacy has already been implemented and login credentials are forthcoming.
